Do steroids make you more emotional?

Using steroids can result in a variety of side effects. These side effects can be physical and mental. The severity of the side effects and the specific side effects that are experienced can differ from user to user, If you don't want to be so emotional, you can reduce the dose or stop using it.
What emotional experiences have you had during and after a cycle?

During a steroid cycle, I experienced a mix of emotions. Initially, I felt a boost in confidence, motivation, and energy, which was exciting and empowering. However, as the cycle progressed, I noticed occasional irritability and mood swings, which sometimes felt overwhelming. There were moments when I felt more aggressive or impatient, which I had to consciously manage in my interactions.

After the cycle, the emotional landscape shifted. Coming off steroids brought feelings of fatigue and a noticeable drop in mood. It was challenging to adjust to the hormonal changes, and I occasionally felt low or unmotivated. However, with proper post-cycle therapy (PCT) and a focus on self-care, including exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness, I was able to navigate these emotions and regain a sense of balance over time.

For anyone considering steroids, I’d recommend being prepared for these emotional ups and downs and having a strong support system in place. It’s also essential to prioritize mental health alongside physical goals.
