Most do 3-5 sets natural but I was wondering for those on gome good gear how many sets do you usually do and how many times a week does a muscle get worked on?
I increase sets drastically I go much heavier and work to failure.
3 sets 8reps 6 reps then 4 reps more intesity heavier weight i dont like to burn alot of calories... my personal likeing![]()
