Like chest press and flies, or crossovers? Skip the concentrations and do hammers instead.Mine were hurting just doing chest work. I did a few light concentration curls but skipped hammers. Well, I did like 2 reps and decided not to.
Yeah, I get the feeling he's a bit younger than he lets on. He's a good kid, but I do question his ability to handle AAS. Some guys just can't take the mental aspect of it.Chest press, incline press, shoulder press, just about everything, but I was able to power though on those without too much trouble. I tried light hammers first, but those are what hurt the most. Seated concentrations with my elbow on the inside of my thigh doesn't bother them much at all, but still went light.

Ya know, I'd like to say that the reason why I (I probably have said this in the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) section LOL) had my doc check my testosterone is because I had some great epiphany where I recognized my symptoms and did a ton of homework. The honest truth is that I was getting sick of seeing no results after hours of being in the gym and the fat kept piling on while the muscle just wouldn't return. So I wanted to cycle and felt that a pre-cycle blood test would be a good idea just in case. No idea that I had the hormone profile of a 14 year old girl during her period.And why aren't I cruising?
