No, no, and no. Nope my spaghetti gets hot sauce or pickled hot peppers or crushed red pepper. I eat pizza but take that crap off the top and put the toppings back on. And only normal garlic bread.

That's what I'm trying to figure out.

Maybe I'm just way over-thinking this.
If the only thing that the testes do in the HPTA is to supply test and estrogen, my research subject can probably just monitor the rest of the chain?

What do you mean by monitor the rest of the chain? For what purpose are we talking about? The testes would also produce sperm via Sertoli cells but I'd need to read more into it to see what other purpose they have.

Monitor the communication hormones like TSH, ACTH, GH etc to make sure that the signals from the exogenous test is getting across to the hypothalamus.

Remember, my test subject is a castration scenario.

I don't know anything about how missing 1/3 of the organs in that feedback loop affects the rest of it.

I remember but I'm not sure either. It would take some digging to find out how that changes things.
