Geez, I head off to the gym to blow up some legs and you guys have moved three pages already!
Split it to two 5mg (.15ml) doses; one when you wake up, and the other 45 minutes before your workout. I'm experimenting to see if there are diminishing returns going beyond 10mg total, and at 15mg I'm seeing a little flushing. I'm probably going to stick with 10mg myself.
A spike in blood glucose from a rapid intake of sugar can trigger a hyperglycemic effect; making you hungry. That's one of the key symptoms they tell type II diabetics to keep an eye out for. It sucks sometimes trying to differentiate between true hunger and when your body is telling you that you have extra sugar floating around your system. Oddly, this spike can also generate a spike in insulin, causing a short spat of HYPOglycemia, making you sleepy. That damn pancreas is so finicky.
That is AWESOME! I better not let the kiddo see that or she's going to talk the wife into buying one as they both are deathly afraid of all things "buggy".
Now back to catching up before engineering class!
