Do you think one of them is using gear pt. 2

Tenting is what we call it when the cats get dehydrated. If you pull their skin up it kinda stays, like a tent. Not sure WTF is up with that guys arm. I'm voting for silicon Bi implant

Isn't the argument for that position that caffeine is rarely consumed by itself?
i.e. Coffee is mostly water and has a net hydrating benefit.

Even the pub-med article doesn't address caffeine consumption by itself:
Caffeine ingestion and fluid balance: a review. [J Hum Nutr Diet. 2003] - PubMed - NCBI

No the argument is that after 2days or chro it use of caffeine it loses its "diuretic" properties. If you don't take caffeine regularly, it can be like a diuretic in the acute setting. 300-500mg will get the body to flush some water out but try it any more than 2-3days and it won't have that effect anymore.

It's a diuretic that isn't a diuretic.

I don't know what to do, so I'm going to ask everyone their opinion, then tell them they're wrong and stupid.

Ya' ever take a shit so satisfying you can't wait to finish so you can behold your mud baby?

Yea. I had one the other day I swear to God was the biggest one I've ever seen in my life. I snapped a pic and sent it to my sister :p. she wasn't as excited as I was :(

I thought you could actually start to dehydrate if you only drink coffee, kind of like sea water.

Technically you can start, but like mentioned in the article and by Dre, it's very temporary.
Once you build up any sort of tolerance to caffeine, that effect goes away.

I still think even if you have a low tolerance, coffee has a net hydrating benefit.

I agree with that. Depending on your tolerance to caffeine, you could end up drinking more water in the coffee than than the caffeine makes you urinate out n
