Do you think one of them is using gear pt. 2

Eh could be better. Don't know why but last few days I've woken up my body feels broken down. I wake up more tired than when I went to sleep hahaha. No exploding coffee pots this morning :p?

No, even better, I found the mug I thought I lost yesterday! AND it was still full of coffee!

Sounds like your body is telling you to take a break bud.

*edit* a lot of my problems seem to revolve around coffee these days

The one that fell off the jeep? That's crazy, it should've been long gone lol. That's a sign its your lucky mug!

Possibly. Or it could also mean stop cutting while trying to lift heavy and eat haha

*coffee is a glorious thing, it only makes sense that one would base his day around it.

WTF is with people over at BB.com asking "These are my lifts, am I strong".

FFS, if you have to ask NO you're not strong.
Strong is subjective, you don't bench x lbs and say you're weak then bench x+1lb and suddenly you've crossed the strong barrier.

That'd be the one, you'd think I'd wash it out and re-fill?
Nope, this coffee came back to me.
I loved it and let it go, it came back to me so it was meant to be. <3

IME, rest days are even more important when cutting.

Only someone who's never crossed the strong barrier would say such blasphemous words

So I pinned today, standard .25-.3ml of cypionate with a 1" 25ga pin to the quad.

Holy shit I've never bled so much!
I aspirated and nothing came up, injection went smoothly no pain or discomfort.
I always give it a few seconds with the pin at full depth to dissipate the oil a bit.
I removed the pin and I sprung a leak so bad it dripped onto the floor and bled through a bandaid.
What the hell did I do, go right through a blood vessel?

How much "gear" normally gets lost because of stuff like that?

I lift 3 days a week but heavy so it could be the calories. Its also probably bad sleep and jus finishing PCT not too long ago

Probably went through a vessel. I wouldn't worry about post gear, its bound to be minuscule if anything.

That's not bad, on my cycle a 10ml vial was lasting less than 4wks hahaha. You should be fine.

Id rather be in your shoes lol, I feel like shit.
AML has some interesting options that would last me damned near 2 full years.

I guess I'm a cheap date when it comes to gear.

And I think it's ignorant to only apply the word strong to physical strength. I know plenty of people that can bench 3 plates...but only a select few that have the mental strength to break that barrier

It's funny how much emphasis people place on the word strong.
I never tell people I'm strong.
One of the guys on the floor bet me that I couldn't do wide grip pullups, I hammered out a couple and got down from the bar.
"I thought you said you were strong" he said because I stopped at 5.

Fuck you buddy, being strong doesn't mean you're the strongest guy in the world or have the most endurance.
FFS, I'm 245lbs doing wide grip pullups, lets see you do that with about 100lbs strapped to your skinny ass.

Mental toughness is very underappreciated.
Keeping your cool under pressure or like you said breaking that mental barrier of "I can't" often times goes unrecognized.

Speaking of that stuff, I HATE the phrase "I CAN'T".
Any time I hear that I immediately understand they don't have the mental drive to succeed.
Unless you have a debilitating ailment that physically prevents you from doing something, all you're doing is trying to give yourself an excise to feel good about not even trying.
