Clen, by far. Although I do prefer its slightly weaker cousin Albuterol a bit more. It's just less jitter causing and doesn't have the propensity to give arrhythmias as much.

Does clen have similar bronchodilator properties like ephedrine?
I may have to pick some up, I need to start carrying a balance on my credit cards again, may as well do some research while I'm at it.
Clen is still an approved bronchodilator in many countries outside the US

Oddly so is ephedrine. I do wonder if taking it orally has that effect though. I've never noticed any difference when taking either clen or albuterol in my pulmonary abilities like when I use an inhaler. But then again, I'm more concerned with the heart rate and endothermic temperature increases anyway.
Yes, beta-2 agonists even when taken orally have bronchodilation effect but it takes much longer than an inhaler. Inhalers to directly to the bronchial muscles where's as tablets have to pass through the stomach and into the blood stream first.

Yeah, luckily I had a pretty nice disposable income at the time so I didn't mind banging it up a little bit. First thing I did was blow up the transfer case playing in the dunes of Eastern Washington haha. I'm definitely going to be digging around, hopefully I can find some good ones that don't show me in them so I don't get in trouble with the wife. I had to get approval for a truck that I haven't had in like 11 years haha. Oh, I had 4 12" subs in that bitch too.
Hahahaha the sheriff let it slide eh? Man, I need to do the system in my truck. Again, not enough money to throw at it though. I also gotta figure out a good way to get the damn controls on the doors to stop rattling. I guess super glue might work, but I would imagine that's only a temporary fix.

I remember buying leaded gas at 17 cents a gallon, well - helping my Mommy fill her tank. I'm not THAT old. Funny thing is, it climbed to a buck in the 80's and stayed there well into when I was in high school in the early 90's. Seeing it at 4 bucks a gallon makes me ROID RAGE.
Bought my first Nintendo with a year's allowance; it came with super mario bros and duck hunt.
I remember it being around a dollar maybe two for yeeeears. Pretty much up until 9/11.
Oh man, I remember Super Nintendo. Super Mario was the shit! I had it for gameboy too. I played that damn game everywhere. We actually had an Atari too. I remember playing space invaders and asteroids for hoooours. I actually remember the first playstation being released though.

Just finished my first day of 5/3/1
Squats, warm up, 3x5
Hack squats (could not achieve proper form...need to get some of those 10lb training weights that are the same size as the 45s and work my way up slowly.) Substituted them for leg press at 4x20
Leg exts 4x20
Leg curls 4x15
Then weighted sit ups at 4x10
I'm exhausted! Loved it though!

Does it call for that high of reps on the accessory work?? I guess it makes sense since it's low overall volume, but damn... 4x20 is a lot lol.
