here's what i eat
ingrediences:
boiled eggs
anchovies
black olives
and what ever tickles your fancy( mushrooms,cooked potatoe, leeks garlic etc.
boil the eggs, when done cut them in half
(long ways) get a food blender and put the hard boiled yoks with the black olives,anchovies( add the amount of chovies that you like, there over salty)
then blend. scoop the contents and put back into the egg whites and serve with a salad or potatoe with salad or again what ever tickles your taste puds !!!
