does anyone use Chromic Fuel?

or any type of chromium in their diet? how effective is it at achieving lean muscle? i just got some of this stuff at the store and i looked it up online... well, i wasn't happy with what i found.

Chromium was lauded nearly a decade ago. The fad came and went, just the same as it has with nearly every other supplement the last twenty years or so.
