in most cases especially mine, yes.. for sure. i wish i knew this. thus, HAVE AN AI ON HAND WHEN USING CLOMID.. AND NO, NOLVADEX IS NOT AN AI!
when i tried coming off after 2.5 years i did a super PCT. i used clomid for about 10-12 weeks, but i blasted HCG before that (with proper use of an AI) and everything was ok... until i started doing clomid.
i started doing clomid 100mg a day for a week or two (cant remember) + nolvadex 40mg for a week or two. then i cut the dose in half for the remainder of my course with clomid and nolva.
but man was i a fucking wreck about a week after starting. most of the time i was in a from every aspect, mood swings, shit appetite shit libido shit everything. not to mention crazy amounts of anxiety with hopeless feelings and overwhelming thoughts. unfortunately i couldn't handle it and i had no choice but to start taking xanax daily. still felt like shit thought. i think of clomid like the fucking Holocaust.. NEVER AGAIN lol.
here is my bloodwork after around 2 months on cloimd and nolva with no AI (i am still on both drugs at the time blood was drawn)
Testosterone 696.0 ng/dL [-----*-------] reference: 245.0 - 1600.0
Estradiol 247.30 pmol/L [-------------]* reference: 99.40 - 192.00
Luteinizing Hormone 9.52 mIU/mL [-------------]* reference: 1.70 - 8.60
FSH 8.19 mIU/mL [--------*----] reference: 1.50 - 12.40
as you can see my estradiol is way out of range, but i've fucked up and had crazy high levels of e2 in the past... but i had never felt that SHITTY before. it was definitely the clomid. i got an AI, got my e2 under control and i felt a bit better but unfortunately i was not able to recover good testosterone levels... but thats a different story lol.
my advice for you is GO GET BLOODS IMMEDIATELY and if your e2 is high GO GET AN AI IMMEDIATELY. you'll feel better.
good luck bro
