Does training load increase when on test e cycle?

Ok so I'm about to start my first cycle in the new year (test e only) presuming all the details of cycle, diet, sleep, hydration, nutrition, supplemts are sound. Does my training frequency and volume increase?
I've got 7 years of training experience, 5 of which I've made decent progress. Im 25.
I've been doing 4-5 day splits for the past 4 years (changing program every 12 weeks) each workout consists of 10-12 sets going to failure every time. 2-3mins rest between sets adding in 1 or 2 supersts, dropsets or pulse sets to get a bit metabolic stress going. Good mind muscle connection mixture of compound and isolation. workout last no longer than an hour.

My lifestyle is not stressful at all and I work in a gym so training twice a day is a possibility

My goal is to put on as much size as possible with my first and only ever trip to the dark side (test e only)

From what I understand test can help you recover quicker. So my question is during the cycle in order to maximize gains should I increase the sets per workout a little or add an extra day in maybe a 6 day split targeting each muscle group twice.
Just want to get a generalized opinion on what I should do

Thanks in advance

You wont have to try and increase volume, you'll find yourself doing it anyways because youre going to feel like a greek god. I woulc never train twice a day unless you did cardio and weights but thats just me. Whether or not youre ON, you can still overtrain and beat yourself up to the point of going backwards and causing injury

The description you've given sounds a lot like myself. I continued a 5 day split, had a not so perfect diet, and still put on 20lbs overall. Other than the test my life was business as usual. Work, class, lift, and sleep. Most guys put on anywhere from 15-20lbs their first cycle. I don't know that lifting 9 days a week would benefit you anymore than what you're doing now. Overall though, listen to your body.

That's exactly what the gear is for my man :). When i'm on cycle i lift 5 days a week for 2 and a half hours each lifting session. When i'm off gear i lift 4 times a week, only spending an hour and fifteen minutes each session.

Only train twice a week and a max of 3 sets is recomended. Extra male hormones definetly makes you weaker. Any extra work you do will only make your vaginal muscles grow.

full body 3x per week worked great for me for strength and size. will prob go legs push pull off repeat on next cycle
