Dosing schedule to maximize workout results

Friends, I have been fine-tuning my dosing schedule since beginning Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) about 3.5 months ago. My prescribing doc is a urologist who started me on 200mg @14 days. Too much rollercoaster (or not enough cyp) so went to 200mg @10 days. Better but still not quite right. And since I go to his office to get pinned (at least for now) the schedule can be inconsistent when the dosing day falls on a weekend. So we will do 150mg @ 7 days. that should even things out and put me on a consistent schedule.
Currently, the pin day is Friday. I work out pretty much every weekday, but not on the weekends since I live about 50 miles from my gym. I am trying to figure out whether I am losing my two best days at the gym if I am not working out on the second and third day after the dosing. Perhaps I should move the pin to Mondays which would give me five consecutive days post-pin. Or perhaps it really does not matter since I am pinning every 7 days, and so the levels should remain relatively good throughout the week? My blood test results, 10 days after a 200mg pin, was total of 750+/- and free 155 +/- (compared to 310/49 before treatment - big difference).
Appreciate the help.

I don't think it will be a major difference, but if it were me I would change the day, or much better yet convince the doctor (or myself) to self-administer. What if you travel?

Traveling is an issue, no doubt. I have a trip in June that will interrupt the schedule, which is when I plan to discuss self-administering. I am no stranger to it. I pin B12 injections weekly and a biologic for an auto-immune condition. When I mentioned the idea of self-injection to the doc he balked say something about how cyp is a scheduled drug. Well, so are all the narcotics, ADHD meds and others, and people get them at their local pharmacy. I did not press him because we were just getting acquainted and we were still working on a dosing regimen.
