This one's easy and ya can't mess it up. I promise. Take your slab of ribs, any kind, I prefer baby backs (less fat ). Brush them with your favorite bbq sauce. I'm not talking mopping it on here. Just a good brushing. Place them on a cookie cooling rack in a roaster(any fat will drip through as they cook). Cover with lid or alluminum foil and bake in oven at 325 degrees for 3 - 3 1/2 hours.
Finish off on the grill.
I guarantee the meat will be falling off the bones.
