Dull pain in Shoulder

I'm on my first pro-hormone cycle and think I might have injured my shoulder.

It's a dull pain in my left shoulder and it feels like it is near or even in the joint. I would really like to keep on training as I'm two weeks into my cycle and have made some gains already. On the other hand, I don't want to kill my shoulder completely so I can't train at all.

Who can give some advice on this?

I've never had any injury through training at the gym, so I can only think I didn't warm up properly and lifted too hard too soon.:angel2:
