IS THERE A GOOD SUPPLEMENT THAT I CAN TAKE TO AID ME IN MY FIGHT TO LOSE WEIGHT. I KNOW THERE ARE MANY OUT THERE BUT I WAS WOUNDERING WHICH ONES REALLY WORK AND WHICH IS A LOAD OF SHIT.:confused:
 
I think low dose ECA is useful for slight up in metabolism and slight appetite supression. When trying to lean out, I just take 1 Xena cap with breakfast on non-workout days. On workout days, I take one after lunch (half hour before I hit the weights) so I can keep my workouts intense.

Weight/fat loss in 85% diet and 10% exercise, though, bud...
 
I actually get a little bit better results wrt fat loss from NYC as opposed to ECA.

Both work well, and are about the few 'weight loss' supplements that actually do what they claim.
