E/C stack for women

Sorry if this is a repeat but I had no luck finding the answer I was looking for.

My wife is looking to start e/c and I have no clue how much, or when she should do it. Any suggestions?
She's not into bodybuilding but does do cardio. She would like to lose about 5 lbs. She eats alot healthier then the average person but still has some bad habits. She's going to try to clean it up a bit more while doing this stack.

Common doseage is 25mg of ephedra and 200mg of caffeine, I believe...

I take ephedrine before I work out, but I would recommend you see how she reacts to it before you do this...some people have adverse reactions to it...just taking it raises my resting heart rate about 30bpm...Monitor her reactions to it, but she should be okay so long as she isn't taking too much, too son...

I take 50mg of ephedrine (25mg AM, 25mg after lunch), and sometimes 400mg of caffeine in the morning if I feel I need the boost...My body has stopped reacting to lower doses of caffeine, so I don't even bother...

the dosage may depend on the brand name of the product she is taking, along with the other ingredients in the roduct that may amplify the effects of the EC. what product does she want to use? she will prolly want to start out with the lesser end of the daily recommended dosage.

She's taken it alot before for partying but never as a weight loss supplement, so I doubt she'll have a bad reactions. Well actually when she takes it later in the day she still has trouble sleeping but that's it.
Do you do this daily or only on days that you train?

The brand we currently have it 4ever fit. We're not tied to it. If you know of a superior product I'd like to know.

I'll have her start on a lower dose, thanks.

Well, I tend to do some type of training every day, so I take it every day...but I take some time off every so often so my body doesn't get accustomed to it...Don't have her take it after like, 2-3p or else she'll still have problems sleeping...
 
thermorexin is one of the best brands i've used; obviously ephedrine products are hard to find these days, but i couldnt tell a difference between T-rex and the other ephedrine products i've used, so IMO its a great choice.
 
She's planning on doing this for 6 weeks. Would she start with 25mg + 200mg of caffeine and bump it up to 50 and 400 if she gets used to it?
