Early Gyno symptoms.

Just started to feel a mild itch in the nipples when I press them. Have been on cycle nearly three weeks.

I wanted to know, how long should I hold of before introducing some Nolva. As I stated, the symptoms are very mild but definately a little bit of a feeling there for sure. I am thinking its a little early to be negating the gear with Nolva and would Ideally prefer to wait until around week four or five.

If you are barely feeling it like that, then you could pop half a tab or something, or introduce a very small amount of liquid arimidex or letro. I use letro all the time on cycles now.

start with a small amount as soon as you being to feel it. Better to be safe! Adjust the dose accordingly until the feeling subsides.

i would start now with some nolva and then add some a-dex though out the rest of the cycle.

Not sure what that statement is about. Nolvadex will have very little, if any effect on your gains.
