That is like saying you will start using Vitamin C if scurvy starts to develop. The time to use it is BEFORE the horrible effects happen. Get a blood test before you start your cycle - it is a baseline so you know what normal is for you. Get a blood test a few weeks into the cycle so you see what you are doing to yourself. This lets you fix things like reducing your E2 level, etc. Take a blood test a few weeks after your cycle (while doing PCT) to see how close to normal you have returned. The goal is to return completely to the state you were before you started (blood work wise).
