Eating Clean?

Maybe your really are a cyborg.....lol

Or, maybe I've been eating your share of the goodies for those 26 years and its high time I stopped!

I get that quite a bit.

Discipline is the one personal attribute that I pose in abundance. It is the thing that has enable all my personal successes.

I've got crappy genetics across the board in every regard but I've learned to make up for that with discipline.

When most folks have long since quit, I'm just getting warmed up...

Cashout is not human! Lol.. Personally, I'm signing up w/ 3j because I need a little accountability.. I've been w/ Maximus for a few months now and feel good.. I can walk into any socail or work situation and feel very comfortable that I will be able to hang w/ the best of them. Now I'm ready to look as good as I feel! Can't wait to get this body transformation going!

Cashout,
I see that you're taking in 3 shakes a day and from your pictures no one can argue with your results. However everything I read recomends limiting shakes and increaseing whole foods to add mass. I like shakes and always use 1 to 1.5 cups of paturized egg whites with 1-2 scoops of whey. I would prefer to use shakes at least three times per day and I have had great results getting lean and adding mucle but can I do three shakes a day and hope to add mass while on a cycle?
That of coures means the rest of my diet would be on target. IE correct macros as well as sufitient calories.

Also please clarify, do you actually eat the same food each day or do you mean the same ratios with moderate changes in the food items. IE substituting another fruit for the apple.

First, my goals may not be the same as yours. I am NOT trying to add any mass.

At almost 42 years old, I don't need any more mass.

My goal is to maintain my muscle mass and maintain a 5%-8% bodyfat year round.

I do pretty much eat the same thing every day.
