I have had this problem for a while now... I seem to always eat late at night... Any suggestions to combat this? or what are suggestions of things to eat when it gets late.. I cant go to bed hungry this sux
Someone on another board told me this about eating late..."thats very typical. one of my friends had a rule of thumb - if his feet hit the floor, he'd drink a shake!
Cottage cheese!!! Also low-fat cheese sticks, low-fat sugar-free yougurt, skim milk (with sugar-free chocolate syrup), a protien bar/cookie... to name a few more
