Eating ultra hot peppers...

I am painfully new at the fitness lifestyle, but have been doing as much reading and research as time has allowed the past few days. That being said, can eating ultra hot peppers, both as a fruit, and as a flavor additive to foods have a detrimental effect on my diet? Also, in general, are they either beneficial or detrimental to muscle growth or recovery pw?

No! Hot peppers are good for you if you can stomach them (or process them the next day, lol!). Capsicum, the element that makes peppers hot, is good for lowering cholesterol, speeding up the metabolism, and for lowering blood pressure. Many of the fat burners and metabolism boosters have it in there somewhere. They will not hinder anything. If you have ulcers or IBS, on the other hand....
