I'm on my 6th week of test e 500 MGs per week and 40 Mgs anavar per day. Things are coming along great! My question is I would like to loose some if this chub I got in the midsection, it isn't much but still summers just about here and I would like to cut it down some. My diet is super clean, grilled chicken/ lean beef bout 40 grams per meal, brown rice or spinach and eat about 7 times per day. I do about 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. Would it be ok to throw some eca in there for a bit?
 
What's your height, weight, bf%, maintanence cals, cals your are consuming...?
Are you doing morning cardio?
Basically, you need to be in a caloric defecit of about 500cals/day to 750cals/day.
So that works out to -3500cals/week plus.
ECA is great for the energy.
