Emphasis on Muscles. Not Fat?

Okay, in previous posts I informed you all of my overall body weight of approx. 140 and height of 6'2 - then I got the suggestions of juicing...

Well, what about this...

*** My goal is weight for right now, whether it's muscle or a good mixture of muscle and fat. I don't mind getting a bit of fat, as long as it's in good order. Other than eating all hours of the day, how can this be achieved? Any non-pharmaceutical recommendations?
 
Best advice I can give is eat more.

6'2 and 140 lbs says to me that your daily intake is not high enough.
 
Eat anything and everything you can... McDonalds, Burger King, Steak burritos... eat all high calorie foods. Also go get a good weight gain drink because it's easier to drink a lot of calories than it is to eat them. Oh, and get some creatine as well.
 
Sounds like you're an ectomorph, so you are going to have a hard time putting on fat. Don't worry about it. Eat as much as you can. At least 300 grams of protein/day from beef, chicken, tuna, eggs, and shakes. Then just fill in with carbs. I recommend a meal of spaghetti and meatballs at least once every day. Also try drinking a gallon of milk every day.
 
wow that is skinny. you sound like I was before I started. sounds like you can eat whatever you want. like the other guys said eat and eat and eat. I didn't read your earlier posts how old are you? how active are you? how many days in the gym and how much cardio? the good thing about your body type is that most gains you put on are going to be muscle.
 
Yeah guys, I'm pretty skinny! ...and now it's beginning to have it's psychological effect on me because I can't date girls and scare off other guys with intimidation. This really happened once...

I was out w/ this girl and we were just going out as friends, but only she and I knew that. Well, another dude was sitting not too far away and he started flirting with her. He finally came over and introduced himself and that was that... IF this was a girl I was going out on a date with and he did that, what the hell could I have done about it?

Back to the subject @ hand. Yes, I'm skinny. I'm 23 (24 in Nov) and I usually just eat whatever. Since I've been working (physical labor), I can see my back muscles forming as I look in the 6 foot mirror. Maybe it's my imagination.

I don't excercise yet, I will start soon (when I move). I'm in the rural part of NC where there are no gyms. When I move to Baltimore, I'll work out at Bally Total Fitness.

SlobberKnocker, I cannot drink a gallon of milk per day..!!! Geez.

Plus, if I drink shakes to make up for the calories I leave out of my diet, will that actually result in mass? I just don't see how it could.
