End of cut diet pct starts in 2 weeks, how quickly to raise calories
hey all,
i just finished my second cycle which was a cut. lost about 5 inches from my waist but weight is at starting weight, thank you testosterone. i have slowly removed calories, mostly carbs, as progress slowed at times during the cut to the point where i am now doing carbs only post weights or HIIT, with none on off days. but i know that in post cycle therapy (pct) your cortisol skyrockets as the body gets used to having to make its own testosterone again and lots of muscle can be lost if you don't eat enough calories. my ? is (generally speaking without having to get into exact calorie madness) what do you all who have had cut diets done to start to come out of the cut and increase calories to deal with the specific states post cycle therapy (pct) brings on, BUT without eating TOO MUCH and putting on sizeable amounts of fat.
