To begin with i noticed that the weight was dropping off slowly and which has now seemed to have stopped, and my energy levels have dropped consiberally, last week i was ill and hardly ate anything but upon starting at gym again i've noticed that i've definatley lost some muscle and my energy levels are way down.

my main concers are am i eating enough, i've lost some fat but nothing startling and i've been eating like this for about 2 1/2 months
basically is there something majorly wrong with my diet, as i don't seem to be dropping that much fat, and my energy levels are down.

i also drink alot of water about 4 - 6 litre a day

any help would be great

thanks guys

yeah it does get repetetive, i try to vary the later meals, i use mainly lean cuts of meat and avoid carbs towards the later meals.

Should i up the cals a bit or add a bit more fat, it's just that i've noticed a consistant decline in my weights at gym and in the beggining of the week my energy levels are alright but towards the end of the week i struggle to finish my workouts.

This would be acceptable if i was seeing consistant changes yet i've noticed that over the last 2 - 3 weeks i'm pretty much the same although i'm weaker.

Thanks for the help.

at the moment i train 4 times a weeks

mon - chest, tris, calves
tue - shoulders, traps, abs
wed - just cardio in morning
thu - back, bi's, calves
fri - quads, hams, abs
sat - cardio in morning
sun - cardio in morning

i think i'm going to up the cals a bit, was thinking about take something like creatine aswell but i've always experienced bloat so any ideas on an alternative?

my workouts usually take an hour and a half, 1 hr of lifting plus warm up, and cardio but latley i've noticed by the time i'm finished lifting i'm so tired cardio ends up being a joke so, i used to do push ups, situps in the evening but since i started the diet even doing thats become a struggle and i usually end up missing it out. So i'll definatley try it tomorrow and see how it goes.

thanks for you help i really appreciate it.
