Somebody at the gym was using this and I was curious about its effectiveness because I have never seen it before.
They are like those listerine sheets that you put in your mouth and gets dissolved. It supposedly replaces your need for Gatorade to replenish your electrolytes.
I don't even drink gatorade so I don't need a substitute for something I don't even use.
