Ephedrine...

When taking ephedrine you develop tolerance. This means you have to take more each time in order to have the same effect. Its all about how you feel and how hard are the side effects. Start with low dossage and increase it every time you feel its not working. If I had to take ephedrine i would do it like 3-4 days on 1 week off.



IMHO ephedrine is not a very good thing to play with. It has unpleasant side effects.

it depends on your goals with it. if you want the energy then i would reccomend not doing more than two weeks because the initial kick wares out within a couple days. personally you should start low like 15-20 mg ephedrine to see if it affects you badly. personally, i love the stuff. gives me the jitters a little when i take 25mg with 200mg of caffine but it just makes me wanna do somthing. i reccomend taking it with caffiene because caffien keeps its half-life longer and does something withthe receptors the inhibit ephedrine so taken together is a synergistic affect. i would recoomend 2 weeks on 1-2 weeks off for the energy. for fat loss you could go up to 5-6 weeks. the fat loss doesn't ween off just the energy kick. good luck
