Epistane or the new 1-T spray

I've read on both of these. Which one is best as far a gains to side effect ratio. And can they be stacked.

Yes they can be stacked. See my log in my sig. I stacked them. The 1-T isn't a spray, its a rub-on lotion. Slick both the links in my sig for information on them both. Read the first post of each. They are both completely different compounds with completely different mechanisms so tey cannot really be compared to eachother, but can be stacked.

Both are low on sides.
