Eq and anavar

How does this cycle look?

Weeks 1-12 400mgs EQ (bulking)
Weeks 12-16 20mgs Var+clenbuterol (cutting)

Trying to think of a better way of using the anavar and clen. I know I want to bulk for 12 weeks. I decided on 4 weeks of Anavar because of expense. I will be continuing the clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off after the 16th week.
