EQIPOISE/CYPONATE diet to get shredded

I have always reacted well to keto. I just keep my carbs under 20 grams. But that is what works for me. I think if you been in this lifestyle long enough, you have come across many diets, and you should know how your body reacts to certain diets. If I want to get lean the keto diet is pretty much a guarantee, my body reacts well, and hold muscle. Now if you take a little time, you can experiment, and actually know which one your body gets insanely shredded with and not only that it becomes a reference a weapon in your arsenal. It's hard for people to sit here and say what diet works best because every body reacts differently. Many people now and days already know which diets (bulking or cutting) works best for them. I say start with a keto diet, and then work from there.
