exercise for middle back and lower lats

cable rows using the handles, squeeze the shoulder blades together at finish, be smooth, do not jerk weight or use your legs to help move it-its a feel exercise. Bent over rows and T-bar rows will also do this, the cable row is more of an isolation exercise to complement these two-the key is to control the weight and squeeze at the finish-hope this helps :eyes:
 
Another one I like is take a barbell and shove it in the corner and stick 45's on the end not in the wall and pull towards you. Like a T bar row but I prefer this one over the machine.
 
JT and Vennom took my ideas...T-bar (or any bent over row) and Deads. I love deads...the muscles ache from the butt crack all the way over the shoulders - Hits everything almost.
