Ok, so I posted a number of questions on my thread, but as soon as it was bumped up as a sticky, everyone stopped responding. WTH? :) Therefore, I thought I'd try posting a new thread.....hope its ok.

I'm 6'3 290 pounds. I lift I'm on 150 T-cyp every 5 days with .5 mg of A-dex. Two days prior to T injections, I take 500 of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and another .5 mg of A-dex. I have now added in another .5 mg of A-dex in between for approximately 1.5 mg's of A-dex per week. My T was 1041 (350-1140) and my E was 80 (15-40). My current situation is that I am no longer completely exhausted at nights, my workouts are better, my BP is coming down and my heart rate went from 90 bpm to 55-60 bpm. Belly fat is dissapearing and muscles are starting to grow. The problem is that my anxiety is through the roof and my depression is still cumbersome. I'm dragging at work, can't focus and at times feel like I'm drunk.

In my other posts, people mentioned that I need to increase my A-dex, but I kept wondering how much I may want to increase? Some other forums had guys mentioning they took 1-2 mg a day and some even took up to 6 mg a day using pills and "drops" (which I havent heard of before). I'm going to increase after getting a consensus. Its seems as though I've got a great level of T that can't be utilized due to the abundance of E blocking the receptors. Once I get that balance rightm, I think things will change quickly for me. Thank you for your votes.

Try taking .5mg three times a week. I'm surprised you need that much Aromatase inhibitor (AI) but we all know everyone is different. Keep monitoring your blood work and make changes as necessary.

At .5 m/w/f i was too low. Now i'm taking .5 m/f and everything's good. Everyone is different though.

Can you give me the bullet points of your situation. Body comp, T levels, E levels, how you felt when you were too low and what you felt like when you dialed it in. I'm trying to get an idea of what it is I'm looking for and hoping to find similar situations to compare. Thanks for any info you can provide.

Mega, I hear ya, but I can't wait for bloodwork anymore and the costs kinda sucks. Even with a privatemdlabs coupon, I don't want to spend the additional money. I eventually will get some more bloodwork, but from what so many people say, E levels can really be measured by how you feel in the short term. Is that not a safe assumption. My lethargy, anxiety, depression and other symptoms are starting to affect work, relationships and other life activities to a great degree and I need to start feeling better as soon as possible. I'm already taking .5 mg 3x/week. I was thinking of going to .5 mg ED. No?

Anyone out there in candyland have to take this much a-dex or more?

Try .5 eod that works for me, BTW the Blood Test through Md Private labs are by far the cheapest around, Were only talking about $50 bucks. Can't fill your gas tank for that man.........

The less adex you need the better. I would go with eod .5 (and even that is a lot for your dose). Remember an e2 crash can be just as bad if not worse than high e2. I'm currently experiencing an e2 crash after feeling great from increasing my aromasin dose. My e2 was at 117 and then I used 12.5 mg ed of arom and within a week I was feeling good. Then soon after I started feeling like shit (e2 levels dipped too low). Now I have to wait for it to get back to the right levels, which takes time. Go with a smaller dose first

I know BW cost a lot but once you start feeling good you want to see where your e2 is at so you'll have a target range to get it to

I definitely think you can gauge your estrogen levels by how you feel. But I will caveat that with: 1) some guys are more aware of their bodies than others (e.g. some guys walk around with hernias for two years without every knowing it) and 2) I think it is easy to go from a normal E2 level to one that is too lo when you are popping the Aromatase inhibitor (AI). It is nice to get the blood work to help confirm what you think your are feeling.
