Not that I am an advocate of this, but extreme dieting is BY FAR the fastest way to lose weight and get ripped. I mean sometimes consuming less that 500 calories a day like yogurt for breakfast, soup for lunch.... This will have the same effect of someone who had gastric bypass surgery. I have seen these people lose 50+ pounds in 6 months because their stomach is the size of dee'z nuts and they can only consume small amounts of food. There is no one on this planet that can argue that this diet is 100% effective and the ABSOLUTE fastest way to lose weight.
