Extreme shoulder pain after injection

This is my first test e cycle. I did about 8 injections in my butt already and felt no pain. Last week i only have a small needle so my friend sticked me in the shoulder. At first it was tingly but not severe. The next day it was a little worse but still function-able. After about the 3rd day is when it got really bad. I feel like my shoulder area is just completely swollen and it hurts to move my arm in any direction. I noticed when i was taking a shit and held my breath, the blood started rushing into my shoulder really fast. I can't pinpoint a specific area of exactly where it hurts, but in the picture i can give a rough estimate. My friends tell me this is normal and my body is just reacting to it differently but I just want to be sure about my health. Is this normal?

side note: i worked chest while it was swollen and my whole shoulder up to my elbow was SWOLLEN, like noticeably swollen through my shirt. I wake up today and notice i got a big new long stretch mark on my tricep :/

Red: arm swollen area
Black: where it hurts.

UPDATE:
So my sharp pain went away after about 2 days as people said it would. I have no more extreme redness anymore Its been about 6 days since my initial injection but i still feel like something is not right. Whenever i do something that requires more bloodflow into my shoulder, i feel like it swells up immediately and if i raise my hand the blood empties out and is back to normal.. Sometimes a little, sometimes alot. I'm unsure if this is just a different normal reaction or if i could possibly done something wrong when I injected. My delt is extremely dense still, feels like a freakin rock, but the front/back delt are soft, its like the test is only isolated in the side delt muscle. Side note: After my injection, a hour later i worked out chest and went HAM. Could this of contributed to my issue? Did i damage/pop/poked through a vessel?

EDIT: sorry idk why the forum wouldnt let the pictures to pop up or have them linked??!?

Sounds like your buddy jabbed you but good. If it doesn't feel better in a week, it might be time to head to the doctor for a vitamin B-12 injection gone wrong. You should really be doing this yourself so you KNOW it's being done right. I am not going to criticize you for appearing to be quite young and lacking a real base for AAS use as I think it takes serious balls to post pictures of yourself on a forum full of strangers.

Stretch marks come with the territory, I have them on my chest/biceps/forearms/knees/thighs/lats/back of my traps - most of which came from just pushing really hard in the gym while natural. Try to keep moisturized with a quality skin care product like bio-oil or lotion. That should help keep them at bay. You can't link images with 1 post or we'd have a bazillion ads linking us fake passports and God knows what. :p

Good luck! :)

for your input bud. Yeah i'm young, im actually 19. I've been working out since like feb 2012 so i guess 1.5 years now. This is my 2nd cycle, i've done 4 weeks of turinabol low dose last summer. What's AAS if you don't mind me asking. I don't know a whole lot about steroids just some of the basics of what my friends have taught me.

anabolic-androgenic steroids (AAS)

Yeah, I figured you were pretty young. I don't condone steroid usage at that age, but the damage is likely done so no use in berating you for something already done. Stick around here and you'll learn FAR more than your friends can possibly teach you. I feel that knowledge in this game is the number one way to be safe and help to prevent any problems before they arise. I would most certainly look into an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (aromatase inhibitor) and have a proper post cycle therapy (pct) (post-cycle therapy) lined up as these are monumental to a successful cycle. You can find this information and more in the stickies at the top of this very forum. It's a lot of reading, but your balls and penis will thank you later.

Yep. This ^^

Hey you were right. I constant pain is almost gone. I can sleep normally now and touch my shoulder without twitching. The only serious problem I keep having is everytime I lift something, bend over, have my arm below my waste, I feel a surge of blood rushing to my shoulder and it swells immediately. It gets so swollen with liquid or something that it hurts. Is this normal or did I pop a blood vessel or something?

wow.. this has soup sandwich written all over it.. good luck with life in the future Go have a conversation with a type 1 diabetic and get to know what it's like living life by the needle when your on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), ( difference is they didn't have a choice, your window licking ass does ).

Well please explain more, I don't see why your comment has rage all over it? I'm not trying to justify anything, I actually came here for knowledge and come about my cycle with a smarter perspective. I started my cycle before i even knew about this site.

Always be cautious of redness, pain and swelling. Don't let it go too long. I don't condo e AAS use by someone your age but if you're going To do it regardless than you need guidance, so please be careful
My thoughts exactly, but i've spoken with a few people, 1 of them being a 40 year old who did roids for 8 years straight. He said the pain in the shoulder varies from person to person but usually from his experience and stories he has heard it hurts for your first time (not the injection but the pain that comes with it the following days.) My sharp pain is gone now since i originally posted this thread, i'm just having a serious swelling problem everytime blood rushes into my shoulder. I know it's not good but I want to know more of what I'm dealing with.

less rage..ok, no rage really just plain ol' contempt for someone who BLINDLY jumps into doing this with no clue.. your questions and observations make that pretty apparent. STOP what your doing, learn how to do it right, then restart your cycle. I really don't care what YOU do, I just don't want to see another football bat like you on here telling some other teenager to, "go for it bro "..

If it swells noticeably like that, you might need to be heading to the doc. Just be sure to blame it on B-12 or an Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) diet thing. Less questions and less damage to your insurance in the future.

So you have not done any research yourself? You have just gone of the word of your friends? Great common sense and intelligence you have, you fucking bellend. You are a disgrace to AAS and those who use it. You are the exact reason why steroids get a bad name. Have a good life you stupid fuck.
