When I started lifting the hardest thing to do was get in enough food during the day. Here's a little shake that helped me put on some size and definitely would help others who either struggle with their appetite or see them self as "hard gainers".

400 ml milk.
100g oats.
3 whole eggs.
And a whole banana depending on size and your taste buds. Approx (100-150g)

This shake is definitely worth a try !
