Fasted Morning Cardio

Question regarding fasted morning cardio while trying to bulk.

How will it affect daily calorie intake? Is it possible to burn a bit of fat first thing in the morning even though your diet is in calorie surplus?

Or will the calories you burn during the fasted cardio mean you need to consume more food to compensate and grow?

hey buddy,
hope this helps: fasted am cardio has been promoted a bit the past few years but there is new research to show that it does not lead to a leaner body than cardio unfasted at another time of day. i subscribed to a newsletter for scivation, a supplement company. they post research from scientific journals, and at one time themselves encouraged fasted am cardio. but studies came out recently, sorry i don't have the link anymore, that showed it really didn't make a difference.

if you choose to workout fasted though, i recommend having one scoop of protein in water before you leave the house to stave off catabolism.
