Hey guys I'm was wondering if anyone could help me out and recommend and good set of fat calipers. I'm in cutting mode right now trying to drop a good amount of body weight. I have lost about 20 pounds in about 2 and a half months which I think is ok but I'm nowhere near my goal weight. I have started adding a lot more wieght training into my routine and realize that just using the scale to determine my weight loss is nowhere near accurate enough. So I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good pair to help track my losses more. And also is that what I should be doing? Or is there other ways to track fat loss?
