PR Hungry
When you read the nutrition facts on the back of food products, it states how much total fat it has, saturated fats, and sometimes even polyunsaturaded/monounsaturated fat. When a lable says it has 4grams of fat for example and it says it only has .5g of sat fat, where are the other 3.5g of fat - is it poly/monounsaturated?

A little of both typically. Just depends on the food your talking about.
