Posted in another area but got no response. Maybe some one in here can help. I am trying to lose as much fat as i can in the shortest period of time possible. Im 37 5'8 179 lbs. My current diet as as follows:
Meal 1 - 3 eggs, slice of cheese Omlette
Meal 2 - 1 1/2 scoop casein/whey in water, spoon PB
Meal 3 - chicken breast, fish, or steak, veggies
Meal 4 - same as 2.
Pre workout jack3d
Meal 5 - same as 3
This is followed Sunday - Friday.
Saturday meal 1 - 3 eggs, packet of weight control oatmeal.
Meal 2 - 1 1/2 scoop protein shake 2 small bagels.
Meal 3 - chicken breast, white rice and black beans or sweet potato.
Meal 4 - same as 2.
Meal 5 - 2 english muffins with marinara sauce and 2% mozzarella (pizza).
Weight training routine last 30-45 minutes Sunday-Thursday. Cardio performed after weights for 45 minutes, heart rate between low 130 - low 150 on treadmill or elliptical. Thank you in advance for any input and or help!
