im a high volume trainer and see great results from this method although i know it seems to be unconventional on this board.
I do a different workout every week but a sample one would be like this
Deadlift-15-15-15-15
superset with
Old School TBAR Row-10-8-8-6
Front Pulldown Wide-10-10-8-8 drop 15
Row Machine two at a time Hammer Strength-10-10-10-10
Cable Row-12-12-12
Pullovers on Cable-15-15-15-15
