huskyguy said:I don't believe in everything and anything, My new favorite protein souce is tuna steaks, and salmon steaks a friend of mine went on an ocean fishing trip and came back with a hell of a lot of fish. His family hates fish so he gave most of it to me, now my freezer is filled with tuna and salmon steaks.
cconnors_us said:Marshall - I agree that milk (and whole eggs too) are in perfect balance for fatrotein. You can add in some protein powder though. Just add some whipping cream to bring up the fat content. (ala-Rheo Blair)
