Favorite Mass-Building Foods

Whole milk, full fat cottage cheese, eggs (whole) hardboil a dozen at a time to have on hand, chilli (you can pack a lot of protein in there), rice and beans (kinda windy though ;))salmon steaks, and london broil.

...and now I'm hungry. LOL!
 
bad cholestorole can be controlled by cardio.

i'm 244 lbs. now with 6'6 frame. I feel huge ,

how your body handles cholesterol is primarily genetic, and yes exercise that gets your blood flowing can negate many bad effects of high cholesterol. I am lucky, my cholesterol is low, although I carry a lot of weight on my frame and I eat like a madman. My doctor was surprised, but I have good genes regarding this, no negative heart problems in my family, long lifespan--my grandpa just had his 100th birthday, and everyone in my family is lean. My brother is my height 5ft7in and 170lbs he is very lean and muscular built like a gymnast. I am by far the heaviest person in my family at 236lbs, I look like an inflated version of my brother.
 
Presently my bodyfat is at 9%, tested at a university with a water displacement tank not calipers--I find that calipers are only as accurate as the person taking the measurement.

That's impressive to be able to stay that lean and gain that much. Do you train naturally?
 
stay away from the potatoes and eat some fresh green vegetables, more fiber, more vitamins, less simple carbs
