immediatly after my workout, 2 scoops of all the whey orange mixed with gatorade powder and creatine mono. then 1 hour later i have oats\with 4 eggs and lots of water.
Well, I'd have to say that's my BEST PWO meal, though the protein is Isopure but the CGL, with glutamine, is great. However, FAVORITE PWO meal is either two double Whoppers or the Angus burgers from Carl's Jr, lol!
if u mean postworkout MEAL, u mean real food. Well... Can of Tuna Fish, some milk, sometimes tomatoes (many people underestimate tomatoes, it has PLENTY OF POTASSIUM FOR RECOVERY), and some oatmeal, virgin oil and multivitamin.
Before that, Creatine with banana or some dates right after workout, and sometimes Whey shake if I can afford that
2scoops of on 100% whey in water w/ a scoop of pb, one poptart and a 1/4 can of soda.
one hour later ,, 2 90% lean burgers on the grill with 1/2 cup brown rice and broccoli.
BUTTT .. i just bought some dextrose and maltodextrin as i'm sarting a cutting cycle,,, that should take place of that poptart and soda....
Would be better to replace the oatmeal with dextrose for PWO and have the oatmeal later? (with eggs). Whey is always the better protein source for PWO.
I usually go with 2 scoops of opti whey then shower then cook a steak with two peices of bread and sometimes a salad.
Or one tin of tuna ontop of a jacket potato
