Depends on the week. Last week I had a fantastic back workout. This week my back workout sucked. I always look forward to chest and biceps though.
 
I used to hate leg days, but now I use it to setup the whole week... Beat the shit out of them so I can barely walk to the car, and remind myself I have to do that to every other muscle group!
But I am loving back days right now. Not sure why but my forearms always get super vascular the next day with my lats pushing on my brachial arteries
 
I don't do body part splits at all but my Saturday workout is my favorite. The main lifts switch up but this week it will look like squats, bench, power cleans with weighted dips, bb curls, CG bench, and core work

Same here. I do legs Mondays now. Originally cause everyone and their fucking mother does chest on Mondays... but it's nice getting them out of the way early and being sore during the week instead of the weekend.

I'm also gonna have to go with back being my favorite. It's always been one of my strong points... and being able to hit RDLs without back pumps right now is nice :)
 
Chest/Tri/Shoulder days are my favorite.

My chest is now lagging in comparison to my arms so I've been working hard trying to bring em up.

I hear you on the universal chest day! It's annoying in the gym that day so now I start with back :)
 
Right now arms cause there mine main focus. I'm a month or to chest because thats gonna be my main focus. Doing arms 3x a week right now
 
Back and traps for me. Legs are a love hate relationship, feel like crap going in, feel amazing once its done (not really but you know what I mean).
 
I have to go with DIPS!!! I just started really focusing on dips a month or so ago. And I'm seeing awesome changes in different places on my chest tris and shoulders. Weighted til failure to start chest and tri day. then a couple hundred unweighted to finish of chest and tri day. Wicked gains. Love those dips!!!
