Favourite Mass Workout Routines

I have re-designed my workout routine so many times its unreal i must of wasted a year of my life doing so...ha! so come on guys/gays lets see those mass workout routine

This is mine:

DAY 1 - CHEST & TRICEPS:
Power Training:
Flat Bench Press: 3 x 5
Close Grip Bench: 3 x 5

Standard Training:
Incline DB: 3 Sets of 8
Flat DB: 3 Sets of 8
EZ Skulls: 3 Sets of 8
Straight Bar Extensions: 3 Sets of 8


DAY 2 - TRAPS & LATS
Power Training:
Deadlifts: 4 x 5
Bent Over Rows: 4 x 5

Standard Training:
Barbell Shrugs: 4 Sets of 8
Lat Pulldowns to Back: 3 Sets of 8
Seated Cable Rows: 3 Sets of 8


DAY 3 - DELTS, HAMSTRINGS & CALVES
Power Training:
Barbell Overhead Press: 3 x 5

Standard Training:
DB Press: 3 Sets of 8
Side Lateral Raises: 3 Sets of 8
Hamstring Curls: 4 Sets of 8
Calf Raises: 4 Sets of 8


DAY 4 - Quads & Biceps
Power Training:
Barbell Squats: 5 x 5

Standard Training:
DB Lunges: 4 Sets of 8
Leg Extensions: 3 Sets of 8
Barbell Preacher Curls: 4 Sets of 8
DB Preacher Curls: 4 Sets of 8
