Ferritin

I Suck the Biggest Cocks & Swallow too !!
Anybody know anything about Ferritin. Its one of the test that the doctor ordered and I was in normal range 95 out of 11-420(low to mid 400s cant remember) Obviously im in range but would seem lower normal. How much of this could have been because of not having a steak the day before. I normaly have meat 5-6 times a week with 1-2 times being red meat and a multi vitamin every day. After reading up Im hesitant to take an iron supplement as it seems it can be dangerous.

Men typically do not need to take IRON supplements, in fact its discouraged. You should just get all the iron you need from your food. Unless you have a rare condition known as hemotomchrosis *I have it* which means your body doesnt remove IRON well.

Your fine.

Ok thats what i am kind of thinking. Specialist just seems to be covering all the bases unlike the GP.

This may be true for the average person but when men are on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and they give blood their ferritin can drop too low.............. so I would be careful telling people things specific about testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) until you know what your talking about............
