I've been perusing this and other forums for years, but have finally decided to join (here and**********as the uniballer). Finally deciding to listen to my peers and a few IFBB pro's I know that have encouraged me to compete so it seemed like the right time to listen, learn, and maybe share the little I know. Hopefully I can be an asset to the forum and I appreciate the info everyone's willing to share -- it's helped me in the past!
