Finally got around to doing my macros to drop bodyfat %
Im standing 5'11 83kgs thinking about 17%body fat what the internet said not sure it is so correct.
I worked out my BMR to be : 1686.4 cals
To maintain my weight : 3204.16 cals
I'm going to drop my calories to 2600. (for first week) Then dropping to 2300.
Starting with 260g Protein
195g Carbs
86g Fats
Breakfast: Shake with milk 54/18/10
Medium banana 1/27/0
Fish oil 0/0/2
Snack: Tuna 36/2/2
30 Almonds 9/9/18
1 Slice of a wholemeal bread 5/20/6
Lunch: Chicken breast & Teaspoon of olive oil 49/0/9.5
1 cup basmati rice 3/31/4
Fish oil 0/0/2
Afternoon: 1 cup Broccoli again with avocado
Gym
Post workout: Shake with water 48/8/3
Fish oil 0/0/2
Dinner: What ever I have for lunch or next days lunch. Around same macros
Not always sticking to this diet. Will obviously change some meals up once I get bored. Also fruits will also have strawberries and blueberries included.
Could I please get some advise on if this is going in the right line or have I gone wrong?
