3 docs later I finally found a doc that is up to date on hrt. He is starting me out at 200mg test cyp every week. If needed we will go to every 5 days after blood results in two months. He also put me on a estrogen blocker called letrozole 2.5 mg 1/2 the tablet every 2 weeks. He also will monitor my estrogen levels and adjust in 2 months if needed. Im happy I found someone with a semi aggressive approach to my low t. My doc also suffered from low t aswell so he said he understands what I'm going thru. I have a question about the estrogen blocker. I forgot when I'm supposed to take it lol.im taking my next shot this thurs do I take the pill then or 2 weeks after . Doc also said he wants my test levels between 1000 and 1200 . That is great my last doc wanted 400 to 600 geeeeeez..

Good news for you. That is a rare doc indeed. I would call your doc and ask him when to take the AI.

Man, I honestly don't see the need for you to be on Letro. That is too strong unless you currently have gyno. Stick with Arimidex or Aromasin because Letro can crash your estrogen pretty quick.
What is gyno
And what will low estrogen levels do to me
